Order Processing

All items listed are MADE TO ORDER unless stated otherwise in the listing. 
Current production time is 3 - 4 weeks after purchase so I can hand-make your item with the care and love it deserves.

Shipping Information

All U.S. Orders are shipped USPS First Class, unless buyer has specified a different shipping method. Shipping time is on average 3 - 5 days after production time.
Orders weighing more than 16oz will ship USPS Priority Mail, which takes 1 - 3 days on average after production.

International orders will be shipped USPS First Class International, and shipping times vary by location.
Please note, Found Path Goods is not responsible for lost items, or items damaged during shipment. 

Returns & Exchanges

Found Path Goods gladly accepts returns for any non-customized pieces.
Buyer is directly responsible for the return shipping.
​Items must be returned in the exact condition that they were received, or buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If there is an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that I can help rectify the situation.
